J. Vielba is the founder of VICL. He specialises in Merger
& Acquisition IT integration issues and transformational change
and has written books and articles on the M&A subject (see publications).
He has operated as Executive Director, IT Director and Management
Consultant in a number of blue chip international companies. He
is a Chartered Engineer, a fellow of the British Computer Society
and MBA. He has studied in Madrid, New York and London and worked
in all five continents. As well as English he speaks Spanish, Italian
and French.
Steve
Anderson is a senior IT Director with over 18 years creating
real business value from IS/IT in consulting, M&A, managed services,
construction, finance, high-tech, mail-order retail, publishing,
transport, and manufacturing sectors throughout UK, Europe, Middle
East, Africa, Asia Pacific and North America. He has an exceptional
track record of strategic innovation and business transformation
in both public and private sector environments. He is a Member of
the Chartered Management Institute and the Institute of Directors,
a Fellow of the Institute for the Management Information Systems
and the British Computer Society, and a Chartered IT Professional.
Alan
Pollard has a long and distinguished IT career history
in the fields of logistics, supply, distribution and outsourcing.
Alan has extensive experience in UK government and consulting. He
specializes in IT strategy, business change and outsourcing. He
has worked both in Europe and Canada. Alan is a Chartered IT Professional,
a Fellow of the British Computer Society, a Fellow of the Institute
for the Management of Information Systems, and a Freeman of the
City of London and a Liveryman of the Worshipful Company of Information
Technologists.
Jean
Pierre Hebert is a Senior IT Manager and Consultant with
over 20 years in business and management. He has operated as IT
Director and Management Consultant in a number of blue chip international
companies. He has led multinational teams in a variety of industries
including insurance, transport, chemicals and cement. His areas
of expertise include IT Strategy, IT Management, Project Management
and people management. Jean Pierre studied at Lille University and
holds a degree in Technology. He is bilingual in French and English
and has worked in Canada, London, Madrid and Paris.
Jonathan Hari Huggins-Shastri is a seasoned professional
with 24 years experience in the management, development, implementation
and operation of IT systems. He has excelled at providing cost effective
and robust IT business solutions to a diverse range of organisations.
In addition to working in the UK and Europe he has worked offshore
for a number of years in Saudi Arabia and Papua New Guinea. He has
played a significant role in a number of start-ups including Toshiba
Information Systems (UK) Ltd and Denso in the UK and Saudi Pharmaceutical
Industries and Medical Appliances Corporation (SPIMACO) in the Middle
East. More recently he has been involved with the outsourcing of
IT services. Hari is a Chartered Engineer and holds a BSc in IT.
He is fluent in English and Hindi.
John Kat is a senior IT Architect and Strategist.
He has operated as senior IT Architect in a number of blue chip
companies designing global enterprise architectures for global enterprises
in the retail banking, government and retail sectors. Apart from
technical architecture his expertise covers related areas in e-commerce,
data warehousing, decision support systems data migration and integration
strategies. John holds a BA in Economies and a graduate diploma
in Public Law.
Stephen
Magraw is a senior consultant, a specialist in government
and retail services. Stephen specializes in IT Management Consultancy
in the Case Management systems and solutions market. Stephen has
operated at executive level for numerous blue chip organizations
such as Garner and government bodies in UK, USA and other European

Elizabeth

change in a number of UK public sector bodies. Elizabeth holds a

continental Europe and New Zealand.
Martin
Tate is an IT and management consultant with over 20 years
experience. His management expertise is formal decision-making for
complex, high-risk decisions including evaluating strategic options.
His IT expertise is commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) system selection.
He has applied his proven methods to public and commercial organizations

Tony Gomez is a Senior ICT professional with over
30 years experience in the IT and Telecommunications business. He
is a client centred technology strategist, consultant and project
management with a track record of world class delivery exemplified
by programme managing a business transformation IT project as well
as being a critical contributor for the network design of the world’s
first public global wide area network using frame relay technology.
Tony has worked on assignments in the UK, Belgium, Spain and USA.
Tony is a member of the British Computer Society and is bilingual
in English and Spanish.
