A. We specialize in helping companies to integrate their IT systems following a merger. We provide expertise in IT Strategy and Assessment, consolidation of IT systems, organisation and technology and change implementation. We also provide a mentoring and coaching service for aspiring or newly established IT Managers or CIO’s. We provide these services as either management consultants or interim managers.

A. Senior Business and IT Management in medium and large international companies.

A. We are a team of management consultants, IT Managers and IT specialists. We operate a highly effective global network of associates in multiple countries.

Q. Which countries do you cover?

A. Principally Europe but we can occasionally also operate outside Europe.

Q. Which languages do you operate in?

A. We are a multilingual team and have capability to operate in most European languages.

Q. What do you charge?

A. We always give a firm quote before doing any work. Our fees vary depending on the task but we are always keen to meet customer budgetary needs. Sometimes we carry out preliminary work free of charge. Once we have told you the price we stick to it.
