Educated
in Madrid, New York and London, Frank had from the start an international
focus. His career in IT started in 1974 as a software developer
and from there he has worked all the way to the top of the IT profession.
His career includes technical and management positions with Coca-Cola,
Fairchild Camera & Instruments (at the time when Fairchild was
acquired by Schlumberger) and W.S. Atkins. Executive consultant
position with KPMG, London and executive director positions with
Tioxide Group (when Tioxide belonged to I.C.I. PLC), Fisher-Rosemount
Inc (part of US Emerson Electric Group) and Manpower.
As an independent management consultant he has worked for multiple
organizations including blue chip companies such as 3M, DSG International
(formerly Dixons), Molins, Canon UK, Crane Co, and Interpublic Group.

fellow of the British Computer Society and a member of the Institute
of Electrical Engineers and Institute of Directors.

written research and management articles including a book on the
role of IT in Mergers and Acquisitions (see publications)
