Educated in Madrid, New York and London, Frank had from the start an international focus. His career includes technical and management positions with Coca-Cola, Schlumberger and W.S. Atkins. Executive consultant position with KPMG and executive director positions with I.C.I. PLC, Emerson Electric and Manpower.
As an independent management consultant and interim manager Frank has worked for multiple organizations including 3M, DSGI (formerly Dixons), Barclays Ventures, Bank of Scotland Integrated Finance, Lloyds TSB Development Capital, Crane Co,, Interpublic Group and LGC.
Frank’s core competences include:
Strategic and business transformation change, business and IT strategy development and implementation, M&A pre and post integration, strategic consulting, CIO Mentoring and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) turnaround and implementation. He is fluent in Spanish, Italian and French and enjoys operating in multinational, multi-cultural companies. Frank is able to work in Government or private security areas and has a current SE security clearance permit.

Frank is also a management writer and conference speaker and has done research and written management articles including a book on the role of IT in Mergers and Acquisitions (see publications) and currently is working on his second book to be published by Wiley.
